Located right on the Brisbane river in the up and coming Hamilton precinct is one of my favourite venues: Northshore Harbour. Well known for their relaxed style and gorgeous location that has parkland, the river and even a beach. North Shore prides itself on offering an all in one wedding option. So you can easily have your ceremony, photos and then reception all in the one location without  you and your guests having to travel anywhere.

For many of the weddings that I have photographed at Northshore Harbour we have not needed to venture far from the venue. The nearby park has amazing afternoon light, the little sandy beach is unique in Brisbane and the riverviews make a great photo backdrop. If you are wanting to go a little further afield there are some funky colourful warehouses nearby and some other secret little spots that I like to use.

Northshore itself comes to life in the evenings with hundreds of fairy lights and festoon lighting through the tree. I often suggest ducking out sometime in the evening with my couples as this can make for some magical photos.
