Sharleen & Nick didn’t have too much luck leading up to their wedding day.. Just a week before the big day they discovered that their original reception venue (the Brisbane Rugby Club) was closing down!! Now something like this would usually be enough to send any sane bride and groom into full on panic/meltdown. But for Sharleen and Nick it was a mere hiccup on the road to their happy ever after.
But luck was definitely with them when it came to their actual wedding day. It was a cloudy/windy mid afternoon when the ceremony started. But by the time we finished the ceremony and had a delicious afternoon tea, the skies cleared and the sun shone in one of the best days of the year.
We took full advantage of this gorgeous weather at a nearby farm, before heading into the city for the reception at the always lovely Victoria Park Function Centre and their Marquee.
I think we took the Rolls to places Rolls are not usually seen 😉
