I had a feeling that Bec & Peter’s wedding was going to be a fun one, and boy was I right!
Both Bec and Peter had a great laid back relaxed approach to their wedding day, even the forecast for rain and showers didn’t dampen their spirits and excitement for their big day.
Thankfully the weather actually held off the entire day and they had a terrific outdoor ceremony on the banks of the Brisbane river at Riverlife.
Peter is in the water police service, a job I would presume that requires quite a tough, enduring personality type. But Peter is also a genuine, nice guy who isn’t afraid to wear his heart on his sleeve, especially when it comes to showing his love for Bec. It was really heartwarming to see their strong connection on show throughout the day.
Following the tearful and hilarious ceremony, and after being pelted with confetti we took in the wonderful surrounds by the river, watched the afternoon go by and then made our way back to riverlife for the reception.
The reception was also a fun filled event with some really great speeches, great food and even a vintage Ice cream truck!
