Sirromet Wedding – Jen + Chris

I know I have said it before, but I am always really honoured when a family invites me back to photograph siblings weddings. It’s a sign that they have loved not only my images, but also enjoyed my relaxed approach to photographing weddings.

In this case I had previously photographed Jen’s two sisters weddings in the past. Ashley and Tara.

It was great to reconnect with Jen’s family once again and see how life has progressed.

Jen and Chris chose the always lovely Sirromet Winery at Mt Cotton for their wedding day. Their ceremony was held overlooking the rolling hills and the vineyard, under the trees on the Tuscan Terrace.

The afternoon that followed the ceremony was enjoyable for all. The guests played lawn games while I snuck the bridal party out for photos in amongst the vines and lavender fields. We then caught the golden sunset in the country fields.

It was then back to the reception at the Tuscan Terrace Marquee. In a small departure from the norm, Jen and Chris gave their guests an awesome first dance performance before everyone entered the marquee.
